Dahl's rock cuscus is a medium-sized marsupial mammal that lives in rocky areas of northern Australia. During the day, the animal hides in rock crevices, and at night it comes out to feed on leaves, flowers, and fruits.
The rock ringtail possum differs from other possums by living among rocks rather than in trees. It is important for nature because it disperses plant seeds and serves as prey for predators in rocky areas.
