Litoria wollastoni is a medium-sized tree frog that lives in the mountain forests of New Guinea. It has strong hind legs and special suction cups on its fingers that allow it to climb well on trees and leaves.
The high-mountain tree frog differs from lowland species by living at high altitudes where it is cooler. It is important for nature because it eats many insects and serves as food for snakes and birds.
Immature form that undergoes metamorphosis before adulthood.
