Barbatula Kinyara is a small freshwater fish with an elongated body and six barbels around the mouth. It lives on the bottom of clean rivers and streams in southern France and northern Spain.
Barbatula Kinyara differs from closely related species by a special pattern of spots and the shape of its barbels. It is important for nature as part of the river food chain and an indicator of water purity.
Locomotion through water employed while searching for or capturing prey.
Legendary longevity: over 100 years. Galapagos tortoises, Greenland sharks, ocean quahogs celebrate with family once every 4 years
Immature form that undergoes metamorphosis before adulthood.
