The blunt-headed triggerfish, or Pseudobalistes naufragium, is a large marine fish with powerful jaws. It lives in coral reefs of the eastern Pacific Ocean and flips over stones to find prey underneath.
Unlike other triggerfish, the blunthead has an especially large and powerful head. It is important for the reef because it turns over stones, mixes the substrate, and controls the population of sea urchins.
