Siebenrockiella leytensis is a rare freshwater turtle that lives only on Palawan Island in the Philippines. It spends a lot of time in forest streams and small rivers.
This turtle has a very limited range — only Palawan. It is important for nature because it disperses plant seeds and serves as food for large predators.
Immature form that undergoes metamorphosis before adulthood.
