Apodichthys fucorum
Apodichthys fucorum
Apodicht Fukora is a long marine fish with a bare slimy body. It lives near rocky shores of the Pacific Ocean and is able to breathe air out of water for up to one and a half days.
Apodicht Fukora differs from related fish by its ability to live without water for a long time thanks to thick mucus on its body. It helps maintain the balance of algae on rocks in the coastal zone.
