Böttger's clawed frog is a small aquatic frog from Central Africa. It spends its entire life in water, has sharp claws on its hind legs, and hunts small animals.
Böttger's tree frog differs from terrestrial frogs in that it never comes out on land and has claws on its toes. It helps control the population of small aquatic animals and serves as food for fish and birds.
Immature form that undergoes metamorphosis before adulthood.
