The Turkestan tit is a small bird 12–14 cm long. It lives in Central Asia, has a gray back, a black head with white cheeks, and a yellow belly.
The Turkestan tit differs from the great tit by its more gray back and adaptation to the dry climate of Central Asia. It is useful for destroying harmful insects in forests and gardens.
