Enchelycore schismatorhynchus is a species of moray eel with a long snake-like body and tubular nostrils. It lives in warm seas and hunts from ambush among stones and corals.
This species is distinguished by tubular nostrils and a white rim on the fins. Morays are important for reefs because they eat weak animals and help maintain balance in marine nature.
Immature form that undergoes metamorphosis before adulthood.
