Omonye pleurospidotherium is an extinct mammal that lived in the Paleocene about 60 million years ago in the territory of modern Europe. It was a small animal with a long body that fed on plants.
Pleurospidotherium differed from other ancient mammals in its special tooth and skeleton structure. It is important for nature and science because it helps understand how the first ungulate animals appeared after the extinction of dinosaurs.

Theoretical maximum lifespan estimated from the Dynamic Energy Budget (DEB) mathematical model. This value reflects a biological potential derived from metabolic parameters, not from direct observation — real recorded lifespans are often significantly shorter.
