Elaphodus cephalophus
The tufted deer is a small deer with a thick tuft of black hair on its head. It lives in the mountain forests of China and Myanmar and is distinguished by very small antlers that are almost invisible.
The crested deer differs from other deer by its tiny antlers and large black crest on the head. It is important to nature because it eats plants in the forest and serves as food for large predators.
